Position Summary Manages any of the following disciplines: business unit finance, FP&A accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, corporate finance or other accounting shared service functions. Manages accounting systems within a specific functional area which may include general ledger maintenance, A/P and A/R processing, cash disbursements and inventory and fixed asset costing/tracking. May require some direct supervision for new duties or project type tasks. Directly supervise accounting staff. Handles special projects, as assigned. Essential Position Functions "1. Analyze financial and operational information to assess, interpret, and predict business performance to support management decisions. 2. Analysis of project revenue and costs, and capital and operating expenses.
3. Prepare variance reports comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts.
4. Develop and distribute management financial reports. Furnishes internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient, and furnishes external reports as necessary.
5. Develop and use financial analysis models.
6. Establish long-term and short-term financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
7. Manage the budget development process.
8. Prepare financial models, due diligence and other documentation to support capital investment decisions, including mergers and acquisitions.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prefer 7-10 years experience, at least 5 years with direct FP&A experience."
Education & Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or educational equivalent. 7 years finance experience including 5 years management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of finance principles and practices. Knowledge of specific industry. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Excellent attention to detail. Extensive experience with Oracle a plus. Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel. Superior technical, analytical and decision making skills. Self-motivated. Able to work independently.
