Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
The Scrum Master will have varied responsibilities implementing the development process methodologies including scrum, scrumban, extreme programming, and lean.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop client-side user interfaces across multiple platforms and form factors.

Manage Release Management lifecycle including scheduling, coordinating and managing software releases.

Participate in medium to large-scale consumer facing development process.

Develop and implement Agile software development process and software development life cycle.

Facilitate daily status meetings, product backlog planning and estimation sessions, production review and demonstration summits.

Gather, construct, and present daily metrics reports regarding software development production.

Plan engineering capacity and future software releases.

Manage testing and release efforts.

Assemble and present executive reports on release progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Scrum Master Certification or Agile Project Management Certification. OR Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology Management, Computer Science or a related field, plus 1 year of experience in: medium to large-scale consumer facing product development process; implementing Agile software development process; developing client-side user interfaces across multiple platforms and form factors; and facilitating and managing the Software Development Life Cycle. Must have Scrum Master Certification or Agile Project Management Certification.

Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Technology Management, Computer Science or a related field

Related Work Experience
3 years of experience in: medium to large-scale consumer facing product development process; implementing Agile software development process; developing client-side user interfaces across multiple platforms and form factors; and facilitating and managing the Software Development Life Cycle. Must
