Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Under limited supervision, performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties supporting all areas of End User Services (EUS). Coordinates conferences, meetings, and training schedules. Organizes, tracks, and maintains key EUS documentation. Provides analytical and planning assistance to management. Interacts with Accounting and Audit Departments to ensure compliance with Bank procedures and controls. Coordinates activities in support of National IT initiatives. Provides basic project management support. Provides website content management support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates meeting schedules and conference calls in support of End User Services(EUS) and System-Wide initiatives. Ensures meeting documentation and minutes reflect a high quality. Assigns and tracks action items to completion. Tracks scheduled tasks, timeliness of deliverables, and progression toward set goals. Manages documentation supporting business processes of department, which includes: status reports, customer surveys, internal dashboards, and reports. Takes steps to ensure consistent quality of all reporting to the following agencies: National IT, Treasury Relations Support Office (TRSO), Treasury, Information Technology Management, etc. Assists with content management of department website and various collaboration sites. Responds timely and comprehensively to daily ad hoc requests in support of the goals and objectives of the End User Services (EUS) Department. Assists EUS management with department audits by maintaining and retrieving audit documentation and audit finding resolutions.
