Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Registration PTCB Registration
May include standing for greater than 5 hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day. May require the ability to reach items above shoulder level and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
2nd Shift; 2p €" 12mn; 7 days on/7 days off.
This specialized Pharmacy Technician works side by side with ICU nurses by meeting with patient care teams and nursing staff to individualize each patient€™s care from a pharmacy perspective. Facilitates patient specific medication delivery, reviews patient care flow sheet to time replacement bags for all continuous infusions. Assists Clinical Pharmacists as required to meet patient needs. Works to ensure proper transitions of care as patients transfer from ED to ICU to acute care floors.

This position requires dependability, and the ability to prioritize. The successful candidate must be reliable and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Associate€™s or Bachelor€™s degree preferred. Hospital and/or Retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.
