Job Description: Description: This is a temporary internship position not to exceed 6 months. Undergraduate level internship work may include less involved research projects and documentation; phone communication, meeting minute transcriptions; Power Point production; social media maintenance; document and template updates; marketing material production; website updates.
Provide logistical management and support for the newly planted on site organic herb and produce garden.
In its inaugural year, the garden will need dedicated labor to establish planting, harvesting, and processing processes.
This position will physically maintain the plants, and harvest and process produce and herbs for use in the kitchen.
This position will be responsible for developing a timeline for year-round planting and harvesting, and matching labor needs to volunteer availability.
Basic Qualifications: Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
A college student of any age or background having completed at least 31 credits and enrolled the previous semester. License, Certification, Registration
Must be willing to relocate to site of internship.
