The Multi-Cultural Affordable Lending (MCA) Program Manager is responsible for supporting the overall production of MCA residential lending, cross sell and service goals set by the Multi-cultural Affordable Lending Director in partnership with the CRA Officer and CRA/ Fair Lending Analysts. This position will closely collaborate with the Regional CRA Lending Managers that have ownership of all MCA lending team and service goals in their respective markets. Under the direction of the Director of Multi-Cultural and Affordable Lending, this position will assist in facilitation of the MCA Lending Team's progress reporting and program management support. This position will leverage and use data to help monitor and track team performance to the MCA scorecard which includes, but is not limited to loan production, cross sell, customer service and community outreach services and activities.
This position will provide support to Regional CRA Lending Managers by coordinating sales and community outreach events in the market. The role will also include managing Multicultural and Affordable (MCA) invoices, tracking business development budget spends, managing the Fee for Counseling Program and maintaining compliance with the Third Party Management vendor scorecard. The MCA Lending Program Manager will determine not for profit eligibility for the Fee for Counseling program, review contracts annually, extend or close out if necessary and work with Legal to ensure contact language is updated. Survey internal stakeholders to provide service level feedback for bi-annual scorecard evaluation.
This position will assist leadership in the coordination and facilitation of team management meetings and all up meetings including coordinating agenda, presentations, site location and travel.
This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.
Responsible for tracking and data reporting, which includes, managing Secondary Marketing Approval site and Bond Program, managing Counseling Fee for Service Agreement program, invoicing submission process and tracking program usage and funding volumes.
Manage and track the MCA budget, manage MCA voucher system and ensure payments to not for profits for all MCA events, conferences, homebuyer fairs, speakers, etc.
Manage down payment program submissions to the Product Team for review and approval, and consistent updating to ensure compliance with our product offerings.
Work with CRA Manager on calendaring Affordable Housing training for new Residential Loan Officer training program, booking travel, meetings and creating presentations. Provide ancillary support of any local Realtor and consumer events as needed with trade associations, nonprofit partners, community stakeholders and others that have potential MCA impact.
Manage the FHLB Associated Bank share point site and report out on spends.
Manage the MCA share point site to ensure market plans and assessment are Matrix are updated and that new MCA tools are uploaded on the share point site.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Program or project Management Administration
4-7 years Mortgage Banking Experience. Strong organizational and administration skills. Knowledge of project and program management. Strong communication skills. Excel and Power point proficiency. Strong oral and written communication skills.
