Consumer Coordinator  

Mission

Primary focus of the role is to act as the main contact for Consumer Complaints and Q&P reporting. This individual will work collaboratively across many different functions within the organization to fully support consumer care and ensure they are truly representing Beam Suntory as a brand ambassador. This position will also f5000urther support the Compliance team on necessary state licensing, state brand registration, and miscellaneous research projects.

This is a great opportunity to:


  • Have a direct impact on our consumer relationships, effectively managing communicagtions with consumers/ by ensuring regular dialogue and conducting reviews with marketing contacts, assisting them to resolve issues and act as brand ambassador

  • Build and maintain relationships among Distributors, Operations, GC, GBS, Sales Strategy, Finance, Legal, Marketing, PR, Digital Strategy, Quality, Commercial, Order Management, IT and all other relevant internal and external groups involved in Consumer Complaints and Compliance related activity

Desired Qualifications





  • 1 to 3 years Customer Service experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Capable of working independently on projects and miscellaneous assignments and writing detailed executive summary reports.

  • Express ideas clearly, inform others effectively, practice attentive and active listening, and achieve mutual understanding through written and verbal communication as a competent and articulate writer of business letters, presentations and proposals.

  • Comfortable working both operationally ensuring current procedures, policies, and processes are being followed and strategically leading the management team to improve ways of working and continuously improve.

  • Needs to be a good communicator to both superiors and to subordinates and have a personality that works well to create a corporative and synergistic atmosphere.

  • Understands the principles of Customer Service and Training, best practice customer service and /or supply chain planning with an ability to translate this knowledge in to real life practical application.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce knowledge a plus
