We are presently looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead that can assist with creation and implementation complex Salesforce solutions that meet our client’s expanding business and technical requirements. This Technical Lead will have in-depth experience in Service Cloud and an ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
• Responsible for technical deliverables that includes but are not limited to Technical design document, Integration design document etc.
• Ensure that Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery release management process is followed using tools like GIT and Jenkins
• Ensure coding best practices are followed for customizations
• At least 12 years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications
• At least 8 years of experience in working on SFDC platform
• Must have experience from at least 4 SFDC implementations as technical lead
• Must have experience in at least 2 service cloud implementations
• Must demonstrate ability to lead best in class service cloud implementation
• Hands on experience in implementing Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Console and Entitlements
• Experience in enabling Omni channel for voice (CTI), email and Chat
• Should have working knowledge of lightning framework
• Expert in providing integration strategies for integrating various on-premise and in-cloud applications
