* Administrative Functions:

* Mac Asysco System used

* Type 9's Management - Equipment Items

* Price Files and Notifications

* Supplier Matrix Maintenance

* CRM & MyMac Maintenance

* New Vendor Evaluation & Set Up

* Equipment Order Processing

* Order Entry and Billing of all Packaging Equipment Order for all branches

* Manage Entire Process as defined in Procedure Document from order entry to final billing

* Money tracking and reporting of Deposits and Payments from customer and to supplier

* Communicate with all parties as orders progress (Managers, Reps, Specialists, Service Dept. and Vendors)

* Manage and update Equipment Tracking Spreadsheet daily

* Manage and confirm proper commissioning by order

* Communicate and Coordinate shipments and installs with service department and all parties

* Sales Support / Reference:

* Sourcing new products - Equipment

* Quote requests from suppliers for sales reps - Equipment

* Information Collection / Management

* Project Management:

* Coordinate the order through entire process capturing all details and communicating with others

* Organize and continually update all equipment files for accurate and current status daily

* Analyze Supplier/Branch Data and Create Reports in Sales-i & Excel

* Maintenance of website for Used Equipment

* Back up to the Service Department functions as required.

* Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.

Education Requirements:

* High school degree or equivalent
