JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking candidates who will provide Full Motion Video (FMV) Analytical Support. Candidates are responsible for maintaining consistent "eyes-on" and for providing accurate and timely "call-outs" of Essential Elements of Information (EEI)-related activity to the Screener. Due to the fatigue of watching FMV this position is usually rotated every 30-60 minutes to allow analyst time to adjust and preserve the unblinking eye concept. Candidates are responsible for identifying targets and target related activity. Candidates may be responsible for creating FVM-derived products and reviewing mission feed and maintaining situational awareness (SA) of the mission.
- Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- Must have 10+ years of related experience.
- Must have at least six (6) months of exploitation experience.
- Provide and create metadata to support structured observations in support of the customer’s initiatives
- Must be able to view, exploit, record and touch type (minimum of 40 words per minute) live FMV exploitation comments in support of operational FMV missions
- Provide FMV on the job training (OJT) and/or mentorship to junior analysts.
- Must be able to perform shift work in a 24/7 environment
- Must have one related certification
