Manager, Digital Media and Analytics


As the Manager, Digital Media Marketing and Analytics, you will take a data-first mindset to ensure that digital media campaigns are aligning to the appropriate marketing objectives. You will also help lead analytics implementation and data analysis across agency clients. You will develop a robust foundation for web analytics, including identifying KPIs and presenting key performance insights. You will use those learnings to inform paid media efforts and execute optimizations on biddable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities


·         Assist media planning and buying with strategic, data-driven recommendations

·         Provide insights, analysis, and reporting to improve and scale client marketing performance

·         Architect solutions and provide recommendations that drive results on campaign objectives

·         Utilize 3rd party marketing and tracking systems to ensure proper KPIs are setup, tracked, and reported on across all clients

·         Assist in strategizing, executing, and reporting on A/B testing and multivariate experiments Develop and continuously improve attribution methodologies, including multi-channel funnel and path length optimization

·         Execute optimizations from data analysis across paid search, paid social and programmatic efforts

·         Consult and troubleshoot reporting and dashboards with an objective to have internal and external stakeholders evaluate marketing performance

·         Utilize quantitative and qualitative storytelling to communicate results to both internal and external stakeholders

·         Work closely with the Web Admin on data visualization, facilitating API connections, and on the development of a first party data strategy



Key Skills and Experience


·         Bachelor's Degree in marketing, statistics, or relevant field required or experience in lieu of degree

·         3+ years of experience in quantitative/analytic arena

·         Advanced working knowledge of Excel required

·         Experience with paid media tools, DSPs and other biddable platforms like (Facebook, Adwords, Bing, etc.)

·         Experience with tag management (Google Tag Manager)

·         Experience with ad serving platforms (DoubleClick Manager)

·         Working knowledge of Google Analytics required

·         Plus: Experience with data visualization tools (Klipfolio, Tableau, Datorama, etc.) 

·         Ability to explain/present advanced digital analytics, reporting and insightful results to non-technical audiences
