Our WSG (Workplace Solutions Group) is seeking a highly motivated, team oriented individual to provide general support to the WSG Real Estate Team. This position can be located in one of our following offices: Hartford, CT, Dresher, PA, Scranton, PA, Roseland, NJ, Newark, NJ or Portland, ME.



  • Manage team mailbox, respond to email inquiries and forward work to team as appropriate

  • Act as Business Unit Contact for WSG in TRIRIGA

  • Coordinate, submit and follow through on all TRIRIGA requests for moves <10, furniture requests and other facilities/real estate requests as needed for entire portfolio

  • Interact with vendors as needed to complete tickets

  • Interact with businesses and HR to manage TRIRIGA Orphan Reports for WSG

  • Monitor movement within divisions to flag any occupancy concerns

  • Manage conference rooms from a functionality, technology and access perspective

  • Process invoices, schedule meetings and order supplies

  • Assist with cleanup activities for various sites

  • Submit ISAMs, POs and Technology/GBTS tickets as needed

  • Support various ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as needed

  • 5+ years administrative experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry

  • Excellent judgment in handling confidential information

  • Ability to interact with all levels in the organization

  • Individual and team contributor

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

  • Experience with TRIRIGA or Real Estate work order systems preferred

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed with travel up to 15%

  • College degree preferred but not required
