Customer Service responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Field inbound/outbound calls; place daily solicitation calls to customers
 
Manual entry of orders in NetSuite - Order accuracy and freight methods Invoicing – investigate billing errors, short pays, long shipped, non-invoiced, and damage claims
 
Enroll, leverage, and facilitate NBCRP program to customers
 
Promote and enroll customers in using the On-Line ordering system – maintain online ordering system maintenance
 
Research backorders – contact customer for disposition of backorders
 
Coordinate with internal departments for add-ons, and/or rush orders
 
Introduce new products and new promotions to customers
 
Send out product offerings (blitz), specification sheets, MSDS, and copies of tags, pick tickets, and invoices
 
Responsible for learning sales techniques and reporting daily information
 
Reporting is done through NetSuite
 
Responsible for becoming familiar with and using the NB Basket Analysis report to assist assigned Sales Rep
 
Responsible for coordinating with assigned Sales Rep on how to best service and grow area
 
Follow up on all orders to ensure on time and complete delivery on Sales Orders
 
Required (Basic) Experience & Education: 
 
High school Diploma/GED or higher
1 plus years of Customer Service experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
 
 
Preferred Experience & Education:
 
Call center/telephone related Customer Service work
In bound sales experience
 
 
Required Competencies & Other Skills: 
 


  • This position requires organization skills and time management skills 

  • Must be able to multi-task and be able to have 4 or 5 things/projects going on at one time

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Must be a Team Player
