General Clerk I
The General Clerk I performs a wide variety of clerical tasks such as answering telephones, handling mail, data entry, creating file folders, requesting and assigning files, monitoring and responding to emails, preparing general correspondence responses, operating office equipment and maintaining office supplies. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Current Public Trust preferred; or, able to obtain
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiar with Microsoft Access
High School Diploma
Minimum of one year business/office experience
