Location: Fremont, California
Responsible for all assigned products, being shipped on time, to customer specification, and at a reasonable profit margin as determined by the companies Executive Team.
Working under the direction of Product Business Managers, performing work related to materials management (1), manufacturing management (2), and customer relations management (3) and develops and adapts methods to implement and improve systems and resources in order to meet company and customer objectives.
Develops and manages staff, adheres to standards standards, processes, and controls developed by Product Business Managers . Esures efficient utilization of resources and reporting activities within the group.
Works with Customer, Staff and Team to continually improve overall company performance and that of the assigned product line
Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Performs work related to materials management, designing, planning, devising, or adapting methods to implement and improve production planning, scheduling and the deployment of those activities.
Performs work related to production management, designing, planning, devising, or adapting methods to implement and improve resource utilization in order to meet company delivery commitments and cost targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Performs work related to Customer Service, designing, planning, devising, or adapting methods to implement and improve customer relationships.
Develops and manages staff, creates and implements standards, processes, and controls. Develops methods for efficient utilization of resources and reporting activities within the Production group. May assist in developing quality system policies and procedures as they relate to production and resource management.
Development of efficient business and manufacturing processes to meet or exceed cost targets
Managing process improvements to maximize utilization and efficiency
3 years experience as a product coordinator or similar experience in a management role with precision parts manufacturing.
Must be very organized, detail oriented and have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to understand schematics, component descriptions, symbols and designators.
Work will be performed in a machine shop environment. Employees are expected to observe safe working practices and wear appropriate protective equipment. Any unsafe working conditions or necessary modifications must be reported immediately. Any limitation an employee may have must be brought to the attention of their supervisor or the Human Relations (HR) department.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Related degree from four-year college or trade school; or 5 years related experience and/or training.
- 3 years’ experience as a product coordinator or similar experience in a management role with precision parts manufacturing.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
