Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. TRG is currently seeking a Title Examiner for our PA Production Team.
This individual will review title searches of county records and prepare Title Insurance Commitments to ensure continuity of title and minimal risk to company assets. In doing so they will identify any restrictions that would limit the use of property, determine all matters which encumber the property, and create requirements for clearance of underwriting objections and insurability.
Must be able to demonstrate:
High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of Title Examining experience required, as well as a current, active NJ or PA State Title Insurance Producers License. Must be able to multi-task, demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be MS Office proficient along with possessing the ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment and have strong problem solving/analytical skills.
Shift: M-F 8:30-5 and the ability to work overtime
