Five Rivers Services, LLC (FRS) provides full-spectrum communications, information technology (IT), network operations, video teleconferencing (VTC), audiovisual, multimedia, and command, control, communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) services and solutions to Department of Defense, Federal Government agencies, and the commercial sector. Currently, FRS operates in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Djibouti, and several continental U.S. locations.



IA Analyst III position in INSCOM which will conduct audits of applicable government networks utilizing government software to review and report on specific anomalies or usage concerns. Conduct vulnerability scans of Windows client, servers, network architectures and environments across the spectrum of classified networks up to the Top Secret level. Coordinate and provide technical support to the IA Team and Enterprise Team for software security compliance. 

Required to continue the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) effort on ACE Block II system onsite at 35th Infantry Division, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Work in the Information Assurance and contribute to getting the ACE Block II systems to state which satisfies accreditation requirements and produce the body of evidence required for a full authority to operate accreditation. System builds, IAVA patching, and scanning will be required as part of this effort. Oracle SRR, SECSCN, and ACAS are required scan types so experience in these systems is essential. 




• DoD 8570 Information Assurance IAT III certified 
• DoD 8570 computing environment certification or training certificate for the operating system(s) and/or security related tools/devices they support 
• Three years' experience in information systems security and application security policies and procedures (Security Technical Implementation Guides, Information Assurance Vulnerability Management, Gold Disk, and Federal Information, Security Management Act) 
• Demonstrated experience conducting information system security controls assessments to including the proper interpretation of the control requirements, determining if the artifacts provided are sufficient, and recommending remedial actions to the customer to ensure compliance. 
• Three years' experience in Computer Network Defense policies and procedures 
• Three year' experience in Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) 
• Three years' experience with delivering DCID 6/3 and ICD 503 compliant system security plans, control implementation, system requirements, and test procedures for PL-2 or higher systems. 
• Three years' experience with implementing CNSSI 1253 and NIST 800-53 standards and controls 
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (nice to have skills or experience but does not disqualify a candidate) 

• Working experience with DoD Civilians, military and contractors is desired 
• Working knowledge of MS Active Directory 
• Working knowledge of MS Office products 
• Working knowledge of Remedy ITSM 
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3 (ITIL) 
• Knowledge of Host Based System Security 
• Knowledge of Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) 



Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work 8 hours between 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday; flexibility to work rotating on-call after normal duty hours, weekends, and holidays from home in support of 24X7 shifts; may travel to attend Government required training or in support of mission; considerable stress may occur at times; physical demands include those associated with maintaining government data centers.
