disABLEDperson, Inc. is a public charity organization since 2002 whose primary focus is disability employment. We want to help you, a person with a disability find employment. So come, post your resume and look through our job listings.

Our site also offers both email and SMS texting job alerts! Sign up and get job listings sent to you every day. Even though our sites are nationally based, you can search for local job listings by simply using our advanced job search functionality.

For example, you can do a search for “Accounting Chicago”. All the accounting job listings in Chicago will show up for you. Our organization’s mission is to increase the rate of disability employment for our community members. “Help me find a job” is a phrase that many in our community ask us daily. They want to know that if they conduct a job search on our job search website that it will help them in finding a job.

We work hard with proactive employers to secure available positions. Here are some statistics about our job boards that may interest you. Each day, we have on average over 2000 Unique Visitors per job board. Both of our job boards boast close to 250,000 active jobs at any given time. That includes hundreds and even thousands of new jobs posted daily.

disABLEDperson, Inc. does not send out Internet Spiders to roam the Internet and scrape posted jobs from job websites. All the jobs on our job boards are posted directly by the employer or the employer’s representative. This means that you can be assured that the job posting that you found through your jobs search is relevant. Our motto is “Community, Not Profit Driven”. Ours is simply to serve. That is why our pricing points for employers to post a job is so low, only $50 for 30 days for a single job and only $625 for unlimited monthly job postings.

Our Jobs

It is our mission to work with proactive employers to find jobs for the disabled. disABLEDperson.com now has over 300,000 active disabled jobs with hundreds to even thousands are posted every day. Employment of people with disabilities is a huge topic in our Country today.

Employers who are working with the federal government called Federal Contractors must meet disability compliance goals as set by the Office of Federal Contracts and Compliance Programs (OFCCP) a division of the United States Department of Labor.

The OFCCP ensures that the Federal Contractors follow their guidelines of disability employment and post their jobs for the disabled on jobs boards such as ours.

We at disABLEDperson, Inc. work hard every day to connect our community with these proactive employers.

We want all of you to know that “Simply, we are here to serve”.
