Vitalant is seeking an Appointment Scheduler/Receptionist ( Donor Relations Specialist) dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Donor Relations Specialist is vital. You will s upport Vitalant's life-saving mission by greeting donors at local donations centers, providing education on various blood and blood product donation procedures. You will assist with ensuring donor comfort, addressing pre-donation questions, and scheduling their next blood donations.
What to Expect - This position will schedule donors at 3 locations listed below.
Schedule: Thursday - Monday
Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm - Mather Location/Float
Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm - Sierra Oaks Center
Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm - Sierra Oaks Center
Sunday: 6:30 am - 2:00 pm - Roseville Center
Monday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - Roseville Center
