Starting Rate: $21.50/hr

Base Hours: 1 st Shift, 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Location: 2700 N. Richardt Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46219

As a Loose Book Pick Production Team Lead you will be responsible for:

• Supervising all departmental personnel and operations on shift.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
• Reporting any process or equipment problems.
• Organizing work for smooth operations.
• Assuring that established policies, rules, and procedures are followed.
• Meeting production quality and quantity standards on shift.
• Train and integrate new workers.

• Knowledge of safety and security protocols.

• Ability to lift 50lbs throughout shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.

Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school OR
• High School diploma and 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also we considered.
