Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
