3D Systems is looking for that just-right Multi-Shift Supervisor to manage our 1st and 2nd shifts. The work schedule will be Friday through Monday, (either four 10s or some imaginative combination that is mutually acceptable), leading our machine operators and post-processing technicians as they take our printed products into final form. Working with plastics and metals, these post-processors ply their craft weekday evenings (1st shift is 6 am - 2:30 pm, M-F) or over a 3-day weekend (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon). They need a steadfast decision-maker who can lead with integrity while ensuring safety, quality, and speed are always at the forefront.

3D Systems is the premier manufacturer of additive manufacturing solutions. Our Littleton facility's customers are predominantly in healthcare, but that does not keep us from producing automotive, aerospace, and other industrial parts. Our growing business continues to demand greater capacity and that is giving us this new supervisory opportunity.

Full Face, Half Face, and/or powered air-purifying respirators are provided by 3D Systems for use when performing tasks associated with metal powder exposure. Fit testing and annual re-checking for fit are provided by the Company.Can you see yourself here?

• This role gives you the opportunity to bring your supervisory experience (3-5 years, preferably, in a machine shop, medical device company, parts finishing business, or other relevant area) to two shifts who should integrate like a well-oiled hinge.

• Your responsibilities will keep you busy with training and recognition of the 15-20 people you supervise, ensuring they can recognize non-conformances, adhere to PPE requirements so they stay safe, support 6S processes, follow workmanship standards, and act as teammates.
• Your autonomy on the weekend will allow you to exercise your best judgment and problem-solving skills while coaching your Leads to their best potential, too.

Compensation for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on prior experience and other job-related factors.

Our requirements include a HS Diploma or GED. This position has access to technical information from defense and aerospace customers, thus a successful candidate for this position will be a US person.
