Labor Workforce Program Leader – HR Technology at Clarios, LLC

What you will do

Primary responsibility of the Labor Workforce Program Management – HR Technology role will be to act as the liaison between Operations, Finance, and IT for all labor workforce HR technology needs. The role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to develop a program roadmap and improve support and implementation of projects to serve the Clarios labor workforce population. This will be done in conjunction with existing HR technology governance principles and processes.

This position will partner with other functional and business leaders to align the master data, KPI’s and outcomes that lead to the optimization of labor and the delivery of integrated solutions that reduce manual processes, automate controls, and build on best practices in the Workforce Management field.

How you will do it



  • Vision and strategy: Develop and lead a roadmap of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.


  • End-to-end experience optimization: Design, develop, and support a process to drive improvements in the employee experience.


  • IT and Operational Excellence: Partner with IT to ensure processes and Operational Excellence models are followed by working closely with business partners to jointly manage projects.


  • Technology Product management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into project requirements, managing backlog priorities. 


  • Labor Workforce Advocate: Oversee development and implementation of full scope of support work from BAU to new system integrations.

What we look for

Required

  • Expert level experience and skills within the Labor Workforce Management domain (e.g. functional support of time and attendance programs, HCM systems, workforce communication platforms, etc.)

  • Ability to develop and manage team progress against plan, assess progress and adjust resourcing and timelines as needed.

  • Demonstrated history of high performance, with the ability to take initiative and to think system wide.

  • Seeks out knowledge and expertise in areas that might be outside of their area of expertise to make informed decisions about alternatives, resources, and progress of work.

Preferred


  • 10+ years in the Workforce Management domain

  • 5+ years in the Manufacturing/Operations industry

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10 + years of Basic Management Experience

  • 10 + years of Basic Functional Experience
