About the Position:
To support the daily back-office functions in Deposit Operations, handle customer service calls and support the branch system in the role of Personal Banker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creates new accounts in the core system
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other items
• Handle verifications of deposit and process department mail
• Process returned mail and administers customer’s change of address requests
• Performs Quality Control assigned tasks
• Backs up banker at all New Orleans Metro Region based branches
• Reviews and responds to deposit customer service inquiries
• Assist customers with Online Account Opening and Online Banking Questions.
• Provides Superior Customer Service to branch and digital customers.
