Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Endpoint Technologies Specialist performs both first and second tier support for the organization’s internal end users, supporting Windows OS (workstation and server), Mobile Devices, and general corporate provided technology solutions such as Instant Messaging and Mail Accounts. Hands on and remote support responsibilities include computer applications and platforms for our growing domestic and international teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  Manage the process of imaging, deploying, supporting new desktop and laptop systems

  Document work processes

  
  


• 
  

  Provide hardware/OS/application installation, maintenance and support

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in the management of the deployment environment

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in support queues to resolve issues

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with equipment moves for users and sites

  
  


• 
  

  Support for mobile devices

  
  


• 
  

  Performs other tasks, as assigned by the Director of Corporate IT, as well as working with other departments as needed
