We're looking for an exceptionally talented graphic designer who is passionate about the designed world. This position will work on projects across the United States and be an integral member of the 20+ person creative marketing and graphic design team.

The Graphic Designer is a key contributor to the creative marketing team. As a partner to the engineering team, the graphic designer collaborates with teams to create innovative and forward-thinking print and digital asset designs. Work products include high-quality proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations in the pursuit of engineering and consulting projects.

Your Role

§ Provides graphic design for proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other marketing materials.

§ Provides visual design for conferences including booths and presentations.

§ Leads the development of captivating presentations using PowerPoint to create dynamic and visual slide decks in support of sales.

§ Communicates with vendors to maintain smooth transfer of files for production.

§ Independently develops stunning visual communications and graphic schemes.

§ Engages clients on forward-thinking and higher-level marketing initiatives.

§ Recommends and executes interactive design.

§ Creates a wide range of graphics and layouts from large format graphics to internal digital assets such as presentation layouts and iconography.

§ Works as a member of a specific pursuit team to collaborate and design custom graphics including covers, page layouts, infographics, renderings, and other visual elements for proposals.

§ Creates motion graphics, video editing and/or production.

§ Edits photography and occasionally assists with photoshoots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Art, or equivalent industry experience

• Two or more years of experience in graphic design for print, proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office

• Candidates must work well under pressure and be skilled in communicating and gathering information from many sources.

• Candidates with proficiency using Sketch Up, Autodesk Revit, and Lumion are especially encouraged to apply.

• Other considerations include familiarity with the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) consulting industry.

Salary Range: Colorado: $55,000 - $75,000 DOE
