Proactive Employers

This site is for companies that are proactively seeking to hire disABLED American Veterans. Whether you are doing this to increase the participation rate of disABLED American Veterans in your workforce, you are expanding your recruiting efforts to this pool of talent, or you are just personally motivated to hire someone who may not have had a fair chance to prove themselves… JOFDAV has been designed to meet your needs.

FREE Resume Search

We are committed to providing you with FREE access to our resumes. You simply need to register as a corporation and actively paying for posting jobs on our site to search resumes for free.

Other sites charge companies a costly Membership fee to get access to their resumes.  Typically, only a handful of large companies can afford to pay those fees and search through the resumes. This significantly limits the employment opportunities for anyone. 

We want to have an impact on the jobless rate for disABLED American Veterans. We want every employer in the country to have easy access to disABLED American Veterans candidates. We can’t do that effectively if we charge a fee to search our resume bank. So, JOFDAV is FREE to search after registration and active job posting.

• Search can be according to keyword, geographic area, industry sector, and/or essential job function capability.
• Resume postings are no more than 3 months old.

Job Posting

JOFDAV has an exceptional job-posting feature designed to meet your company’s needs.  Features include:

• Your posting can specify job title, geographic location, job category, career level, salary level and job description.
• You have the option of identifying essential job functions.
• Job postings run for 2 full months
• All responses are identified with your own job posting number.
• You will get full reports on your job Postings, and the responses to them.

To post your job, please follow these simply steps. First you must register. Click back to the home page. Then click on Go Here to Submit Free Registration. That hyperlink will take you to the registration page. Once there, fill out the form. Please remember that your user name and password are case sensitive. They need to be put in exactly the same every time. Once registered, your account needs to be activated from our administrative site. We do this twice a day at around noon and 4PM PST. Once your account has been activated, you then need to log in with your user name and password. That will get you into the system. Then look on the menu to the left. You will see a link that says, Post My Job. Click it and post. Its as easy as that.

Our staff will review each account for job postings on a regular basis. We will then bill you for your job postings. We will send the bill electronically to the email in the registration. Payment is due upon receipt. There will be a 30 grace period for JOFDAV to receive your payment. Should the collection of your payment go beyond the 30days, then your account will be deactivated.

Display Advertising

A limited number of companies will be able to take advantage of the opportunity to have Corporate recognition and visibility on the JOFDAV site.

• Visibility – your corporate logo will be prominently displayed to job seekers throughout the JOFDAV site.
• Traffic – Traffic on the JOFDAV  website is expected to be great.

Large Companies

The recruiting needs of large companies are different. JOFDAV ‘s flexible design offers you many advantages! With no corporate “Membership Fees” you can take advantage of unrestricted user benefits:

• Resume Search - You aren’t limited to a single ID/password and you aren’t limited to a specified number of users! Anyone in your company can register with JOFDAV and have free access to our resume bank. All of your Recruiters and Hiring Managers can easily scan our resume bank for qualified candidates.
• Job Posting - Similarly, anyone in your organization, from any location, can post jobs on the JOFDAV site.
• Corporate Summary – by request, we can provide your corporate office with an activity summary for all registered users from your company.

Affirmative Action/EEO Reports

JOFDAV has been designed to give you accurate reporting on your efforts to recruit disABLED American Veterans. Your Job Posting reports will include a lot of helpful data on the jobs you have posted and the responses to them.
