Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Petaluma, CA

Details: Full time, starting at $65/hr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to promote mobility, strength, and functional independence.


• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to optimize patients' physical function and relieve pain.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and rehabilitation outcomes.


• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs.


• Document patients' progress, treatment interventions, and discharge recommendations in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.


• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.


• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
