We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support the Associate Relations department.
Specific responsibilities of the role include:
• Provide confidential administrative support, including, but not limited to, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, report creation and maintenance
• Utilize knowledge of the firm's organizational structure, Forums, Division functions, and current initiatives to make appropriate connection points and update the leader(s) as appropriate
• Provide general administrative support to maintain department distribution lists, organization charts, and shared directories/files.
• Prepare and deliver responses (written and verbal) on behalf of leader(s) requiring advanced knowledge of relevant subject matter
• Prepare and submit travel and expense reports compliantly and efficiently
• Obtain and organize information for use in conferences, speeches, reports and/or meetings
• Prepare meeting materials and assists with the development of presentations
• Develop, edit, proof, and/or format documents for presentation
• Other duties as assigned
