Our client, a New England insurance company, is seeking a Customer Service Team Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals and working closely with all areas of Operations as well as working with stakeholders on overall business objectives ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Specific responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees to create talented teams; identifying and analyzing relevant business trends; providing effective performance feedback; maintaining employee work schedule and training; and more. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing or supervising in an inbound call center environment, a college degree, a strong understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures, and possesses excellent organizational and leadership skills.
