Our client is seeking a Program Manager - SNOW in Orlando, FL.
Role description
• Be embedded within a solution delivery team and will manage multiple enterprise Service Management product strategy and execution programs/projects impacting ServiceNow (SNOW) and Salesforce platforms for a large-scale matrix organization with internal and external partners, and ~1000 application owners across multiple project teams and segments.
• Partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, business teams to manage the end-to-end program.
• Serve as a PMO program led to multiple Business Automation Platform project managers providing Project Management methodology support and mentoring/coaching, guidance, portfolio reporting.
• Have proven experience leading integration projects driving the initiative from planning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation - time, cost, scope, quality.
• Facilitate technical conversations with the goal to illicit issues/risks migration throughout the course of the initiative.
Skills & Requirements
• 10+ Year experience as a technology Program Manager in an large-scale enterprise, matrixed organization
o Enterprise level experience (20k+ employees, eg: IBM, Universal, American Express, Walmart, Amazon, Toyota, Siemen, Lockheed, Bowing, the list goes on)
• Proven experience leading enhancements, migrations or integrations with delivery teams and platforms, specifically in ServiceNow (can have any of the below, but they are listed in order of preference)
o Hands-on, deep functional understanding of SNOW configuration and enablement. Could be someone with a ServiceNow Application Implementation background etc.
o Utilized ServiceNow for ITSM functions (opening and closing tickets, etc)
o General familiarity of ServiceNow from a user-standpoint
o Experience in enhancements, migrations or integrations with other delivery teams and platforms outside of ServiceNow.
• 8+ Years hands-on, in-depth experience with Agile Methodology
o Must have experience with Agile delivery tools
o Must have participated in and be able to describe Scrum Ceremonies
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology (will be working on projects or aspects of projects under this methodology)
• 8+ years experience with managing a budget of at least 1 million
o Hands-on experience for schedule, budget, scope and oversight of multiple projects.
o Will be working within the PMO process, and will have a PM buddy and shown how to use the budget tracking tool
• 8+ years presenting to Executives.
o Comfortable with conflict resolution, knows when there is a problem with a project/person, will come up with solution and communicate that diplomatically to management/executives etc.
