Job Description:

Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely Recruiters to ensure candidates have a great experience from recruitment to onboarding. They support the recruitment processes and lead training and improvement projects for the Talent Management Coordinator team, enhancing talent management practices.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid work arrangement each week)

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment providing effective communication and coordination with external candidates, internal employees, hiring managers and interview teams.


  • Organize and post job requisitions into our applicant tracking system; post to external job websites as requested by recruiters.


  • Create and maintain candidate information using our applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, making travel arrangements as necessary, scheduling candidate feedback sessions and processing invoices.


  • Administers and coordinates the screening and background investigation processes, (including hourly employees) and has accountability to oversee timely new employee on boarding paperwork and processes (e.g., offer letters, I-9s).


  • Ensure strict compliance with all talent acquisition regulations and policies. Proactively identify and address any compliance gaps to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.


  • Lead, onboard, and mentor junior coordinators and spearhead continuous improvement projects.


Education and Experience:


  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or Business.


  • Over 5 years of experience in a Recruitment Coordinator role along with expertise in Talent Acquisition Compliance.


  • Proficient in using an HRIS system and Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience required.


  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


  • Strong MS Outlook, Zoom and Teams experience needed for scheduling interviews.


  • Experience leading and managing continuous improvement projects.

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and confidentiality are critical.


  • Work well under pressure/deadlines while demonstrating a positive rapport.


  • Must be a results-oriented individual adept at navigating ambiguity and excelling with minimal direction.
