Walmart eCommerce's Marketplace connects sellers with shoppers on our platform and enables our sellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.
Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
Building and managing a team of strong product managers focused on building deep domain expertise, root cause analysis, and creating tools and capabilities competing with the largest competitors

Preferred Experience
Product: Extensive experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished. If you have experience in building products or features that drive seller growth in an eCommerce capacity, that's right up our alley.
Leadership: Experience in setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners, while being accountable for outcomes.
Data chops: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
Technical chops: you have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built and are comfortable discussing requirement and scope tradeoffs.
Strategic: You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.
Business-minded: You are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
