Position Summary

Drives transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology. Implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Data Business Intelligence Security Quality User Experience Production Control

This opportunity is for a Sr IT Analyst.

What You'll Do:

• Works with leadership and individual contributors to accelerate delivery under quality controls, ensure adoption of consistent end-to-end quality management practices, and measurably increase quality while reducing cost of quality.
• Advises, mentors teams and supports team leads and management regarding quality principles, techniques, and practices/disciplines across the SDLC including post production support
• Monitors and ensures consistent quality management practices and standards as part of project and support teams
• Works with the Portfolio Leadership in coordination with the respective service centers, to identify opportunities and help resolve gaps relative to end-to-end Testing strategy. (Example: test automation recommendation, performance test, test environments/tools, test data management)
• Leads and/or assists in mitigating technical issues, business issues and problems affecting quality
• Mentor and Coach IT Analyst within Quality Management
• Coordinates and captures updates and changes to the end-to-end SDLC
• Coordinates and captures updates and changes to the PQR process
• Aligns to enterprise initiatives such as D25's Agile Ways of Working and Technology Agility (DevOps), facilitating SDLC updates with job family owners and documenting their convergence

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Analyzes the highest level and most complex business, technical process, system and/or technical problems.

  • Ensures actions are aligned to enterprise strategies; provides insight to assist in business or technical direction.
  • Collaborates across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e. business, quality, experience, system). May provide practice, discipline and technical guidance; develops and maintains relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads in order to ensure consistency.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participates in the execution and implementation of solutions.
  • May serve as a discipline lead and participate in steering committees.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;
  • Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;
  • High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
