Submitting, tracking and resolving all maintenance/lease obligation requests for leased shopping centers
Facilitating common area maintenance (CAM) budgets and reconciliations which are completed annually to contribute towards the maintenance expenses incurred throughout the year for the common areas
Completing reconciliations annually to reconcile the difference between the previously budgeted amount and the actual expenses incurred by the landlord throughout the year
Initiating and tracking the remodel process to help improve sales growth
Initiating the One-Year Warranty Process to provide premier service
Other tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent and six months of office/business experience
