The BAR-Facilities team is filling a Sr. Business Analyst position. This position provides analysis, accounting, consulting, recommendations, planning, performance measurement, technical support, training and project and process improvement support to various levels of Facilities and cross functional strategic initiative teams to enable and support information-based decision making. A primary area of focus is month end close accounting for all retail based maintenance activity.
Responsibilities include
Performing accounting and financial analysis support activities for Facilities operations, with a focus on all Facilities managed store maintenance work
Providing analytical and consultative business services, both individually and through cross-functional teams, supporting Facilities projects and strategic cost control initiatives
Responsible for developing databases, worksheets and queries for capturing and reporting useful information to enable fact-based decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another analytical discipline with at least 2 years relevant business experience or equivalent experience, or an Associate’s degree in Accounting or another analytical discipline with at least 4 years relevant business experience or equivalent experience, or a High School Diploma with at least 6 years relevant business experience or equivalent experience

Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA with concentration in Accounting or Finance with 3 years relevant business experience
Experience with SAP and/or Service Hub
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional, or other certifications specific to the position
