We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Industrial team. The ideal candidate possesses 10 years of related experience in the food production, medical device manufacturing or other manufacturing industries. The successful candidate would be mentored by our dynamic team of professionals while supporting/leading a range of multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate would also interface with clients and support proposal development.
About Our Team
Our team of Construction and Design professionals includes process engineers, project managers, construction engineers, program managers and business developers. Our Industrial team is engaged in projects throughout the southeast, the nation, and the world and our existing client base includes some of the largest names in the distribution, food processing and medical industries. The successful candidate would be an integral part of our growing team and would have the opportunity to engage across markets and geographies.
Knowledge and Experience:
Financial Understanding of Project Controls
Familiar with scope of work development, writing and execution
Working knowledge of large capital expenditure planning and execution
Creating and managing project budgets
Minimal Contract Language review
Basic use of Scheduling tools
Develop and Implement organization and responsibility Matrix for each project
Understands and Implements Client expectations for design completeness and quality
Understands how a set of plans and specifications needs to be developed to convey construction scope of work
Understands necessary coordination requirements between design disciplines
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering
10 years of experience
PMP certification will have special consideration
Professional Engineer Registration will have special consideration
Proficient with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and others.
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team members in person and on various communication platforms.
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Project Manager with a salary range of $115,700.00 - $186,800.00 .
