Job Summary | Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for Executive Leadership and extended team. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • oversight and management of executive level calendar(s), travel and meeting arrangements; • document creation (presentations, communications, meeting minutes) and record retention; • coordinator for key strategic-operational meetings, as assigned; • assist the Office of the EVPHA with daily operations and other special projects, as assigned; • all official duties to be conducted with an emphasis on: integrity, teamwork and service excellence. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality and diversity. We are seeking someone who is resilient, adaptable, creative, and innovative. The ability to navigate a political environment and articulate communications are highly desired. |
