Develop, implement, and assess HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Forecast workforce trends and plan for future staffing needs.
Oversee recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise on compliance.
Process payroll accurately and timely using payroll software.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment.
Manage open enrollment and communicate benefits information.
Requirements:
Proficient with UKG.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of HR management experience, focusing on payroll and benefits.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPP) is a plus.

Pay range: $80k-95k
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
Location: Hybrid- in office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday & Friday ( Must be willing to come into the office) in Bloomington, MN
