Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Builds and implements a Territory Sales plan for his/her territory.
Achieves sales target on a quarterly basis.
Actively participates in the development of a yearly sales budget for its area of responsibility.
Plans, coordinates and executes local ORTHOsoft sales events that will augment the business and help to deliver the sales budget.
Helps with “Marketing/Communications” to shape design, adoption and implementation of marketing programs that increase revenue.
Develops and uses sales prospecting database to dispense and track leads. To register and track all assigned leads and opportunities and report on activities via our ACCPAC CRM system.
Works with “Marketing/Communications” to ensure that the field is stocked with collateral materials.
Analyzes and reports on competitor and customer activities in the field.
Ensures that each distributor and implant representatives are trained and equipped with all sales tools.
Makes regular follow up with existing and potential partners for system sales and support.
With regards to clinical studies, acts as an intermediate and representative of ORTHOsoft with investigators (participative surgeons) located on his or her assigned territory and targeted by the clinical studies.
Strictly adheres to all policies and SOP regarding the interaction with HCP (Health Care Professional), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
Builds strong relationships with key surgeons and hospitals in his or her given area

Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving the sales budget for its given area and supporting the marketing needs of the Distributors’ Sales team and/or any assigned partner. This is done through constant communication with the field and by relaying field data to the appropriate people within the organization. The Territory Manager is also responsible for following and managing all leads that are distributed in his or her territory in an effort to close them as a sales opportunity

Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 3 years sales experience – medical device, surgical or dental sales experienced strongly preferred
