Description Overview
Perrigo seeks a dynamic and forward-thinking Global Supply Chain Analytics Service Lead to champion the development and implementation of world-class global supply chain analytics solutions. In this critical position, you will be the key driver of aligning supply chain analytics with Perrigo's corporate digital strategy, ensuring effective optimization and continuous performance enhancement across the global supply chain & operations organization.
Scope of the Role
Global Vision and Collaboration: Drive the creation and implementation of robust supply chain analytics solutions with a focus on global standardization and scalability. Forge strong cross-functional relationships with analytics teams and stakeholders within Finance, Quality, Regulatory, IT, EDG, HR, Commercial, as well as within Supply Chain organization itself to facilitate seamless integration and understanding of analytics requirements.
Governance and Strategy: Lead the governance of the supply chain analytics service operating model, defining protocols, best practices, and standards to promote the highest levels of data integrity, transparency, and decision-making efficiency. Oversee alignment with Perrigo's overarching corporate digital strategy. proactively identifying and integrating analytical advancements to stay ahead of the curve.
Technical Optimization: Work with IT and the SC Digital Lead on selection, implementation, and refinement of supply chain analytics platforms and tools. Provide proactive guidance on advanced analytics methods, including process optimization, predictive modeling, and simulation techniques to unlock crucial supply chain insights and performance improvements.
Leadership and Development: Build and inspire a highly effective analytics team focused on continuous innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Mentor and develop talent within the team, nurturing expertise and a strong analytical culture across the organization.
Communication and Reporting: Provide clear and concise performance reports to company leadership, translating complex analytical data and insights into actionable strategies and impactful decision-making. Actively seek partnerships and collaboration opportunities across the organization.
Experience Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science, Finance or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, demonstrating strong leadership and execution in global, complex supply chain environments.
Proven track record of success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve complex analytics-driven initiatives.
Exceptional expertise in designing, implementing, and governing analytics solutions that drive business benefits.
Familiarity with the healthcare or consumer product sectors is highly advantageous.
