Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.


• Provide ongoing nutrition education to residents, families, and staff members.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions.


• Stay up-to-date on current nutrition research and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.


• Registered Dietician (RD) certification.


• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
