Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ERP enhancements, configuration, and customization. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our clients' business processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute ongoing NetSuite ERP enhancements, maintenance, and improvements.
Lead business requirements and functional requirements gathering sessions.
Review ERP system configurations and operating methodologies, aligning them with evolving business needs.
Conduct process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients.
Implement and customize NetSuite ERP applications.
Coordinate project activities by reviewing project plans and managing interactions with clients.
Optimize quality control measures and ensure smooth daily NetSuite ERP support operations.
Collaborate with scrum team heads, managers, and supervisors to resolve issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Good experience in managing NetSuite projects related to Financial and/or Supply Chain/Inventory Management.
Hands-on experience with Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash processes, ARM, and CRM.
Proven track record of managing and implementing NetSuite projects.
Familiarity with NetSuite Business Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Fit-Gap Assessment, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
Knowledge of NetSuite Implementation Methodology & Deliverables (NetSuite One and SuiteSuccess Methodology).
Stay up-to-date with NetSuite OneWorld deployments.
Ability to lead in a dynamic NetSuite team, both onsite and offshore.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
