Description

As a Training Specialist at ARETUM, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support our clients' mission success.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to meet the organization's needs.

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and employee development requirements.

Training Program Design:

  • Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Content Development:

  • Create training content, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia materials.
  • Ensure that training materials align with learning objectives and meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Facilitation and Delivery:

  • Facilitate training sessions for employees, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.

Evaluation and Assessment:

  • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Technology Integration:

  • Incorporate technology and e-learning platforms into training programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in training technologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to gather relevant information for training content.
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing training programs and methodologies.
  • Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in training and development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong facilitation skills, both in-person and in virtual environments
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training technologies
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Experience in designing and implementing training program evaluations

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in training and development, education, human resources or a related field.
