Title: Office Coordinator




Location: Aurora, CO




Schedule: M-F // 8am to 5pm




Pay: $20-$25/HR DOE




Terms: TTH - 100% in Office



Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support their operations, with a strong emphasis on data entry and financial processes. This role requires a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and excellent problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records with a strong attention to detail.

  • QuickBooks Utilization: Assist with estimates, payroll, reconciling, and sales tax processes. (Note: Prior QuickBooks experience is not required, and it is preferred that candidates do not have extensive experience to avoid previous bad habits.)

  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

  • Shipping: Handles shipping needs via UPS and USPS.

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable processes, including follow-ups with third-party payers.

  • Collections: Contact customers to retrieve funds on past-due invoices.

  • Customer Interaction: Assist walk-in customers by directing them to the manager.

  • Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries


Qualifications:



  • Attention to Detail: Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms.

  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
