What you will do: 

This role reports to the Returns Supply Chain Manager and is a part of Clarios’ $2.2Bn North American Metals business unit. The role is responsible for originating, leading, and executing projects to grow the business and improve margin. The role is critical to Clarios’ sustainability blueprint and ensures the company continues to be a business partner of choice with our internal and external customers.
 

How you will do it:

• Originates, evaluates, and streamlines commercial and operational processes to grow revenue and enhance margin.


• Provides regular updates to senior management on progress.


• Creates new and leverages existing key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory and cost, and analyzes data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.


• Builds and manages projects to improve the KPIs, customer experience, and grow the returns business.


• Leads and facilitates change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of optimization and growth strategies.


• Collaborates cross-functionally in a matrix organization to socialize and implement changes in processes and technologies.


• Provides training and guidance to stakeholders on new processes and tools, takes feedback from users to improve processes and Customer/User Experience.
   

What we look for:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience


• Minimum 8 years of experience in business process optimization, project management, or a related role.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.


• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Power BI.
   

Preferred:

• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).


• Project management certification is a plus.
